2026-2027 Season Registration

We are now ready to open registration for the upcoming competitive season.

Completing this registration on RAMP and submitting the required deposit secures an athlete’s roster spot for the 2026-2027 season.

Programming and Schedule

Exact team assignments, programming levels, and complete practice schedules will be finalized and communicated prior to the season start in mid-September. Total weekly training hours and days will vary based on the athlete’s final competition level placement.

Currently Confirmed Pool Dates (tentative times) & Locations:

  • Fridays: 4 pm – 7 pm
  • Saturdays: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
  • Sundays: 8 pm – 9:30 pm
  • Locations: Ron Andrews Community Recreation Centre, West Vancouver Aquatic, and Delbrook Community Centre.
  • Note: We are actively attempting to secure 1-2 additional midweek training options and will communicate this information once it is known.

Deposit and Payment Instructions

A $250 registration fee is required to secure your spot.

  • $200 will be applied directly to your final programming fees once the athlete is assigned to a team.
  • $50 covers club fixed and administrative costs.

Payment Method: This deposit is payable via e-transfer to admin@northshoreartswim.ca.

  • You must include the name of the swimmer in the e-transfer notes field.
  • Your registration is not complete until this payment is received. Please execute the e-transfer as soon as possible after completing the registration form on the next page.
  • Should a program suitable for your swimmer not operate due to lack of enrollment or other limitations, the deposit will be returned.

CAS and BCAS Affiliation Fees

The governing body fees (Canada Artistic Swimming and BC Artistic Swimming) charged during the following checkout process cover the “Short Term Recreational” category only.

Once a swimmer is evaluated and assigned to a specific program, their BCAS/CAS registration may need to be upgraded to a different tier.

  • This upgrade may require additional payment to BCAS/CAS (not to NSASC).
  • The BCAS/CAS amount you pay on registration will be credited against any future upgrade fees. All fees paid to BCAS/CAS are non-refundable.

Note: you will need to create a RAMP account to register(as shown below) if you do not have one already.
