Next month we invite athletes 10 or older to join our short term skill development program. Over 5 sessions coaches will lead athletes through required skills in the limited competitive and provincial stream programs and offer feedback to athletes with recommendations for next season. Programming and evaluation is based on Canada Artistic Swimming’s Long Term Athlete Development Training: Learn to Train stage.
